About Hannah
My name is Hannah Zabka, and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) providing individual therapy for adults (18+) in Cottonwood Heights, UT and the Salt Lake City area. I work with clients navigating anxiety, stress, burnout, and the effects of trauma—especially when those experiences show up as overthinking, people-pleasing, perfectionism, or difficulty setting boundaries.
My goal is to offer a genuine, steady space where you can feel supported while we explore what’s getting in the way and move toward what you want for yourself. Therapy can help you slow down the overwhelm, understand what’s driving familiar patterns, and feel more grounded and confident in daily life.
My Approach
I take a warm, collaborative, and practical approach. Along with tools you can use day to day, I also work from a psychodynamic lens to understand the deeper roots of what you’re experiencing—how past experiences, relationships, and patterns may still be shaping the present. I’m EMDR-trained and integrate trauma-informed care at a pace that feels safe and manageable.
Depending on your goals, our work may include:
Building coping tools for anxiety and stress
Strengthening boundaries and reducing people-pleasing
Working through perfectionism and self-criticism
Processing trauma and experiences that feel “stuck”
Support during major life transitions, including pregnancy and postpartum
Sessions
I offer in-person sessions in Cottonwood Heights and telehealth across Utah. Sessions are 50 minutes.
